PROFIT Communications, an independent public relations and marketing communications firm was originally established by President, Deborah Israel, in 1989 under the name PRAM Communications International. An acronym for public relations, advertising and marketing, the company, led by Israel, identified a niche of growing small firms in Ontario, Canada and the U.S. that needed more sophisticated communication services as a result of a void in the marketplace. For the next eight years, over 40 new business clients in a variety of industries were served by PRAM on both sides of the border.

In 1997, Debbie was recruited to serve as the Director of Communications at Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park & Wild Safari, Jackson, New Jersey, where she generated record public relations media coverage while launching $100 million in new capital expansions and special programs.

Three years later, Debbie restarted her company under the name of PROFIT Communications to more specifically focus on integrated public relations objectives, strategies and tactics designed for mid-size companies and organizations.
